This page contains additional information for Plaza’s tenants.
The reception service welcomes guests, manages access control and handles maintenance requests on behalf of tenants. The reception service also handle incoming and outgoing mail to companies that have a separate postal contract. The reception service assists tenants and service providers in daily matters.
Guests can use the WiFi network “Plaza”. The password is ”PlazaWork”
Plaza’s general waste management is conducted by Sihvari Oy. Tenants can choose their own service provider for waste & cleaning services.
If you misplace your keycard, please contact your reception service immediately. Once the lost card is deactivated, you will receive a new keycard from reception.
Property maintenance services are conducted by ISS Services Oy. Maintenance requests can be directed to your reception service.
Meeting rooms can be reserved through the Pilke, Loiste, and Halo reception services, or directly from the Varian system with your own ID. Varian IDs can be obtained from your reception service.
In the event of a fire alarm, exit the building immediately. Be calm and help others if needed. Use stairs or fire escape routes, do not use the elevators. Assemble with your colleagues at the evacuation assembly point in the courtyard parking area. Follow the instructions given to you by Plaza’s staff and authorities.
All Plaza’s buildings have their specific Emergency Plan. Please contact your reception for more details.
The bicycle storage is located in the basement. Keys can be obtained from the Pilke and Loiste reception services.
All buildings have shower facilities on the first floor. The facilities can be accessed with your own key that can be requested from the reception service.
The reception service will contact the tenant’s contact person before giving the courier or service technician access to the company premises.
Cargo pallets and pump trolleys are not allowed in the reception area and should be delivered through the basement.
Plaza’s courtyard has parking designated for guests. If the host wants to pay the parking fee, the billing can be directed to the tenant. For more information, please contact reception.
To arrange a parking agreement for your company, please contact the Business Park Manager.
If you notice any problems or issues in your office or the common areas, please contact your reception service. Issues will be fixed without delay. In non-urgent matters the response time is 1-3 days.
The security service provider for Pilke, Hehku, Loiste, and Tuike is Avarn Security. Securitas Oy provides security services for the Halo building.
Avarn Security provides surveillance services during nights and weekends.
